The Linx | City of Vancouver Storm Water Management

ABT Permavoid is used in various site locations of this residential mid rise project in the City of Vancouver. By utilizing Permavoid, the Design team was able to meet strict water management by-laws to store and use storm water to irrigate landscape features through the site. Peramovid provided a low cost, reliable, long term solution to manage storm water through the unique capillary irrigation system that Permavoid can provide. By prioritizing storm water as a resource, the design team can incorporate Permaovid to deliver a high quality project that contributes to resilient cities.
Seaborne Tilt Up Project | Advanced Tilt Up Construction

This Tilt Up Project in Coquitlam, BC uses the most advanced and proven sandwich panels connectors in the Thermomass STAR Connector. The contractor and design team also selected the most environmentally friendly rigid insulation by using AirFoam Korolite insulation. AirFoam is able to pre-punch the insulation for increased productivity for the installing contractor. Not only that, but the panels were also installed with Saf-T-Rail inserts for the most innovative fall arrest and guardrail protection offered to the Tilt-Up and PreCast sandwich panel industry.
Cloverdale Athletic Park Soccer Clubhouse | Tree Pits

ABT Permavoid is used under trees to store and provide passive irrigation. Water is collected from catch basins and roof leaders on the adjacent paved surfaces and building and directed to Permavoid for storage and to irrigate the trees. Once the Permavoid storage tank is full, water is directed through a control structure and slowly released to the city storm system.
East Village | Qualicum Beach

ABT Permavoid is used on the North side of the street to collect surface storm water. Water is stored in Permavoid and uses patented capillary action to provide water to the trees during drought periods. Once the water reservoir is full, storm water is released to the municipal collection system through control structures. Permavoid can support traffic loads while providing a truly sustainable method to manage storm water, excelerating bio mass and reducing storm water management.
